Decisions:

  • Decided to compile suggestions related to the Plan for lifting lockdown measures for the 1st semester of the academic year 2020/2021, to be sent to Prof. Alexandre Francico;
  • Decided to know more about the distribution of the computers offered by a patron.

Decisions:

  • It was approved the advertising of Valley Shuttle on facebook;
  • It was decided to contact the CMO again to ascertain the conditions for IST to join the Oeiras Solidária Partners Network.

Decisions:

  • It was approved that the management of the reservations for the master’s rooms is now the responsibility of Daniel Santos;
  • It was approved that the reception for mobility students in the 2nd semester 2019/20 will take place on February 17, at a time when students do not have classes;
  • It was decided that an email should be sent to Vice-Rector Luís Ferreira to get the contact of the company that supplies food in the canteen.
